We have finally rounded up Tiimiakatemia Jyväskylä’s year 2011 and it’s time to publish the results.

Tiimiakatemia Jyväskylä broke 2 000 000 e turnover

Tiimiakatemia Jyväskylä’s team companies made 2 015 770 euro revenue in year 2011! In addition we had over 750 visitors from Finland and abroad. We also had good coverage in different medias, the combined amount of different releases was over 100. The brightest star was the story in the national news in television channel MTV3 (http://www.katsomo.fi/?progId=78248). In the local newspaper Keski-Suomalainen alone we had twenty stories. Keep it up!

Spring

Year brought on a lot of new things and changes. In January we celebrated the 18-year-old Tiimiakatemia, and Ulla Luukas took over as the new headcoach. In the spring we also organized a day for our customers, which about 40 different companies visited.

Tulimyrsky, training and meeting event for entrepreneurs, was organized four times. The speakers were once again top quality: Alf Rehn, Janne Löytänä, Makke Leppänen, Jaakko Halmetoja, Jukka-Pekka Vuori and Risto Kuulasmaa.

In the late spring Timo Lehtonen, one of our team coaches, executed one of his own dreams and travelled between the different Tiimiakatemia’s around Europe with a motorcycle.

Summer

Tiimiakatemia Jyväskylä’s summer was the most productive so far. 29 different summerprojects all over Finland employed 69 teampreneurs and 22 outsiders, employing 91 people in total. The turnover from the summer’s projects where 860 000e.

Autumn

One of the autumn’s highlights was Sidosryhmäpäivät, a day designed for the Finland’s counties decidion-makers. We kicked around ideas about what we could do together, let’s see what will follow!

Teampreneurs from Tiimiakatemia Holland visited us here at Tiimiakatemia Jyväskylä and they held a two-day workshop about social medias. As a result of these days the teampreneurs from both units joined forces and started to work together on a new start-up idea. Go check out the new social media service Whoopaa designed for young professionals.To Whoopaa!

Teampreneurs from Idea co-operative Made visited the Tiimiakatemia Hungary, which just started up in September, to share ideas, get to know the place and pass on the culture.

The year culminated to pre-christmas Pop-up-store village in Jyväskylä, rocketsales around Finland and multiple different christmas projects. In addition the “Joy days”, organized by our education program Marketers way, ended the year with a fine example of TA-Spirit.

Lets make the year 2012 even better

This year has kick started superbly and some of the graduating teamprenerus have already left for their world-around-rip. The remaining ones are also taking off in a couple of weeks. Network’s year begins at Tiimiakatemia’s 19th anniversary celebration on this Saturday 21.1.2012, when we all gather to celebrate TA at Hotel Peurunka.
