  1. The Markkinaseppä ("Market Smith") Award (1994, for marketing excellence)
  2. Junior Chamber International Finland's Productive Idea Award (1997, in the community category)
  3. Young Peoples' Employment Promoter Award, European Union (1999)
  4. Education Centre of Excellence (2000, from the Finnish Ministry of Education)
  5. Central Chamber of Commerce Finland's cross medal (2000, to Johannes Partanen for developing learning methods that promote entrepreneurship)
  6. The Innofinland Prize (2000, for innovative practices)
  7. Entrepreneurial Europe Competition, First Prize (2006, for the Y4 ideology)
  8. The Chamber of Commerce of Central Finland's 1st Prize of Export (2007)
  9. Head Coach Johannes Partanen of Tiimiakatemia Jyväskylä and Rector Jussi Halttunen of JAMK Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences receive the first Y4 Deed of Entrepreneurship award (5 September 2010)
  10. The President of Finland nominates Johannes Partanen, founder of Tiimiakatemia, with the honorary title of Counsellor of Education (26 November 2010)
