Does entrepreneurship and innovation speak to you? Are you excited about working with young people and learning by doing?

We are looking for two team coaches for Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences' Team Academy for an open-ended position. The title in the employment contract is lecturer, but in everyday life you are a team coach, team company sparring partner, mentor and in many situations also a friend. At the team academy, entrepreneurship skills are learned in close cooperation with working life. The young people completing the tradenom degree do projects for their client companies and develop new solutions for the tricky problems of the future.

Your task as a team coach is to guide teams, team companies and individuals in a direction where learning is safe and exciting. Your work consists of dialogue exercises comparable to lessons, project sparring, business development of a team company and guiding the learning of students, i.e. team entrepreneurs. Your work is supported by a team of coaches and the Team Academy concept, which has been tested for almost thirty years.  

We are looking for you who want to do and learn together. You get excited about something new and are ready for a flexible way of working. Previous experience working as a teacher/trainer is an advantage, but not a necessity. Experience in entrepreneurship, managerial work or management is also an advantage.
